As the wheels turn, the bell rings and the hand painted figures of boy & girl go up and down on the seesaw. The bell itself is encased in a fancy iron frame and the tin figures (repainted)ride on a delicate wire and tin frame work attached to the bell casing. SIZE: 7” l.
