AMERICAN BLUE AND WHITE “FEATHERED STAR” QUILT. Late 19th/early 20th century. Quilted in a deep indigo gingham decorated with tiny five-pointed cream colored stars. Each feathered star with a central cross of blue diamonds on an ivory field. Quilt features three rows of three stars. The ivory background quilted with floral rondel within a wreath, each panel with floral spandrels. The quilt has been professionally mounted on a folding display board. SIZE: 66″ w x 69″ l.
