SPRINGFIELD MODEL 1842 ALTERED MUSKET. NSN. Cal. .72. 36-1/4” bbl. 5-3/4” removed from bbl and stock. The ramrod is from a Trapdoor. CONDITION: Heavy rust-brown patina overall. Wood is badly battered at the breech and has been sanded and re-oiled. Mechanically good. X21 4-48745 (200-400)
