MASSACHUSETTS QUEEN ANNE STYLE WALNUT HIGHBOY. Early 20th century. This fine benchmade example of a Boston highboy with rectangular cove molded cornice above the conforming upper case fitted with a pair of aligned short drawers over three graduated long drawers all with mahogany and cross-banding, centering burl walnut panels fitted to the mid-molded lower case of three aligned drawers above the astragal arched molded apron with pendant finials, raised on slender cabriole legs with shaped returns.
