SMITH BROS. BISCUIT JAR. Wonderful melon ribbed biscuit jar have beautifully enameled water lilies, leaves and vines with a light blue ribbon effect connecting the flowers on front and back. Biscuit jar is mounted with silver-plated collar, handle and lid. Marked on the underside with a rearing lion within a shield and “Trademark” below. Inside of lid is marked “400”. SIZE: 9 in. t to top of handle. CONDITION: Some wear to silver-plating, otherwise very good. 5-61227 (800-1,000)
