ENGLISH VICTORIAN MAHOGANY TWO TIER DRESSING STAND. Mid 19th century. The round mirror plate within a conforming molded surround joined to a tilting bracket fitted within the central standard, adjustable with a set screw, above two dish-top shelves, the topmost rotating on the central shaft, the whole ring-turned and carved, raised on a tripod cabriole leg base, the legs with scrolling volutes, all on bulbous pad feet. SIZE: 53″ h x 17″ greatest d. CONDITION: Very good overall. The mirror molding with stress cracks. The set screw missing handle. Otherwise very good. 9-20219 (800-1,200)
