HOME BANK WITH DORMERS. Manufactured by the J & E Stevens Company. Great looking building bank has arched door flanked by two open windows, eight dormers, and crown in center top of bank. Pull knob until it catches, place penny on its edge in front of cashier, push the knob to the right, and the deposit is made in the vault at rear of bank. This bank is fairly scarce and doesn’t turn up too often for sale. SIZE: 5-1/4″ h. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Malcolm Deisenroth, Jr. CONDITION: Although under a black light the paint appears all original, there could be possible aged paint enhancement. 1-9970 (500-700)
