STELLA 14″ DISC PLAYING MUSIC BOX. Fresh from an attic, this fine tabletop single comb disc playing music box is in a carved mahogany case with locking lid (includes key) with barley molding around top of lid. Drawer in bottom holds spare discs, which approximately 30 are included. Serial #51256. Bed plate and inside lid are marked “Stella”. Also has celluloid plaque stating “Jacot & Son” with New York address. SIZE: 23″ l x 14″ h x 18-1/4″ d. CONDITION: Generally good to very good with various scratches to case; support bracket on lid is broken, some separation to corner of lid, and slight mildew to rear of case where it was likely stored against a wall. 1-9459 (1,000-2,000)
