STEIFF CHARACTER GIRL. Larger than average Steiff child with button in ear with the “_F” signature and also retaining the remnants of the white cloth tag. She has blue glass eyes with closed mouth, airbrushed eyebrows, platinum blond mohair wig and vertical seams sewn down the center of the face with horizontal seams from eyes to ears. Her head swivels and there is articulation at the shoulders and hips. Hands are outstretched with each finger separated. Clothing is all original and consists of a white cotton blouse with remainder of costume with various colors of felt and a linen apron. SIZE: 16″ (41cm). CONDITION: Very good considering age and type with a minor sewing repair on palm of left hand and several very small moth holes. 1-11626 (600-1,000)
