TWO EARLY AMERICAN TIN TOYS & LARGE FRICTION TROLLEY. 1) Charming enclosed horse drawn delivery wagon colored in brown with gold highlighting with rear entry to vehicle. 2) Petite elephant on heavily embossed wheeled platform. Elephant has red blanket with Howdah upon his back. 3) Large friction “Pay As You Enter” tin trolley car. Of unknown manufacture but definitely produced circa 1920s by an American firm. Unusual in the fact that the cow catcher and steps are separate added pieces. Lacking trolley pole on roof. SIZE: 6-1/2″ l, 4-1/2″ l and 22″ l respectively. CONDITION: 1) Overall very fine plus. One side of horse shows fair amount of paint loss. 2) Good to very good. Uniform wear. 3) Good to very good.
