EARLY AMERICAN TIN TRAIN SET WITH TWO PASSENGER CARS. Most likely manufactured by George Brown during the early time period this diminutive train set has a early or somewhat primitive overall look. The boxiness of the locomotive and its funnel shaped smokestack along with the folky look of the passenger cars, reminiscent of Francis Field & Francis Toys make this a most appealing and desirable train. SIZE: 16″ l. CONDITION: Toy for all intensive purposes is in untouched original condition, excepting two replaced wheels on tender. Overall paint condition is good to very good with no other repaint/repairs or replacement parts. 1-13413-1 (600-800)
