RARE STURDITOY AMBULANCE. A seldom found toy vehicle, but then again, the young man of the period would rather play with a fire engine or ice truck. Overall, this truck is in amazing original condition with main wear to edges of roof or fenders. Cream colored with a large red cross on either side, steel disc wheels covered with rubber tires, typical Sturditoy headlights, and a nickel plated front bumper. As is typical, steering was accomplished by a steering wheel in the cab. It’s been a good day, no patients appear within. SIZE: 26″ l. CONDITION: Overall very good to fine. Upon close examination, front headlight assembly appears to have broken loose and has been epoxied back into place. 1-13084 (3,500-5,500)
