GROUPING OF 5 EARLY AMERICAN TIN TOYS AND FRENCH CARRIAGE. An interesting group including a prancing horse on an embossed oval base, a nice 2 horse trolley, goat on wheeled platform (formerly from the Barenholtz Collection). A petite horse bell toy and a japanned ram on wheeled base. Included with this lot is an early hand painted French landau and horse. (4″, 9-1’2″, 6-1’2″, 4-1/2″,5″,7-1/2″) SIZE: As stated above. CONDITION: Overall condition is from fair to very good. The platform horse and the trolley are perhaps the two nicest condition wise however, the trolley needs minor solder repair on left yolk. French carriage lacking side lamps. One wheel loose on platform toy. 1-13463 (600-900)
