LOUIS ICART ETCHING. Very nice Icart etching depicts a lovely young woman in high heels descending a stairway looking down at a black cat stretching next to the stairs. Her blousy dress is highlighted in blue as are some flowers in a pot above her head. Signed lower right “Louis Icart”. Marked in upper left “Copyright 1928 by L. Icart Paris”. Etching is housed in a gold leaf frame with linen matte. SIZE: Image is 13″ x 20″. Overall is 20″ x 27″. CONDITION: Very good with some darkening to paper and some minor areas of scuffing to paper in lower border. 5-63908 (500-700)
