LARGE JAPANESE RACE CAR #42. Late 1950s tin plate version of Troy Ruttman’s Indianapolis 500 winning “Agajanian Special” race car. Complete with chrome steering and suspension set up, full exhaust, and radiator with “A” forming front fender. Front rubber tires are marked “Special Racer Gem”. Toy appears to be in all original untouched condition. Rear wheels spin freely with no friction motor (?). Fine lithography with a multitude of advertising. SIZE: 18-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Overall very good plus, a few minor paint chips and some darkening to chrome pieces.
