CAST ALUMINUM WHIRLWIND TRADE SIMULATOR. In untouched all original condition, there are two versions of this machine. The first, as pictured here, has three same sized reels. The second version has three graduating size discs, similar in nature to the Jennings Little Duke machine. Upon depositing a coin, one would depress the lever and play in the hopes of matching the winning symbols on the award card at the base of the machine. There are two visible jackpots on the front of the machine; one which is only for display and the other can be “dumped” by means of a lock mechanism on side of machine. Functional jackpot can be hand loaded through slot on right side of machine. In addition with each play a gumball would be dispensed if the rod was pressed on the lower left corner. SIZE: 9-1/2″ x 9-1/2″ x 13-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Overall very fine, untouched all original condition, the machine would benefit greatly by a light cleaning to bring out its original luster. Gum mechanism is intact, however rod protruding from front of machine is missing, this is just a simple (3/8″ dia) round rod that can be easily replaced. Reel strips are original with two minor separations. Machine is intact with original locks and keys. 1-9536 (800-1,200)
