GENDRON CADILLAC PEDAL CAR. A fine all-original example of a Gendron pedal car with headlights with glass lenses, indicator switches on steering wheel, a simulated gearshift on right side of vehicle, license plate on front (lacking rear plate), and typical wooden running boards with tin overlay. Although not the most elaborate of the Gendron series with all the bells and whistles, this is still an exceptional vehicle and quite appealing due to the paint scheme Gendron utilized. A black chassis with dark red running boards and a two tone blue body with yellow and red highlights accentuate the features. Front bumper and supports are black enameled steel and car retains original oval Cadillac emblem fastened to embossed radiator and aluminum hood ornament. Steel tires with nickel plated hubcaps with thin hard rubber exteriors. SIZE: 48″ l. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. A fair amount of chipping to dark blue hood, but not offensive and still visually quite impressive. 1-13107 (2,000-4,000)
