STEELCRAFT BUICK PEDAL CAR. A nice deluxe version of a desirable pedal car in untouched, all original condition. Somewhat smaller version than the previous lot, but equally elaborate. A pressed steel airplane hood ornament (propeller tips broken) graces the front. Headlights, a windshield mounted spotlight, and red and green cowl lights are additional features of the vehicle as well as its original Eisenglass windshield (largely intact but is cracked). A rear view mirror attached to top of windshield frame, an aoogah horn is mounted to the side, and a nickel plated radiator with a Steelcraft license plate is attached to the rear. Car has a pea green frame and the body itself is enameled in black with orange trim and pea green highlights. The wheels are pressed steel with green colored hubs, applied hubcaps, and a thin band of rubber on exterior of wheels. SIZE: 36″ l. CONDITION: Lacking one hubcap. Dashboard shows signs of having four decals, which are no longer present. Otherwise overall very fine plus and a good cleaning would certainly enhance the appeal of this car. 1-13106 (2,500-3,500)
