RARE EARLY TURN OF THE CENTURY MILLS “WHIFFS OF FRAGRANCE” PERFUME MACHINE. This machine has been professionally restored and looks like it just came out of the factory 100 years ago. We have for prospective purchaser, a series of pictures of the machine in the as found original condition too. Primarily all original pieces and parts, mechanism totally dismantled, glass beaded & plated, the elaborate aluminum front casting with a series of cherubs and floral garlands has been polished with paint decoration reapplied, and the wooden cabinet has been stripped, stained, clear coated and reassembled. Machine retains four glass bottles with labels and vintage Victorian paper appliques. Original colorful paper marquee label and paper tag on inside of machine. One would deposit a penny in the coin slot, select the perfume of choice, put their hankie under desired fragrance and press the level downwards and a mist of fragrance would be deposited upon their hankie.
