FIVE CENT MILLS BURSTING CHERRY SLOT MACHINE. An older restoration to this machine (10-15 years?). A classic and most attractive machine produced by Mills Novelty in the mid-1930s. The large chrome diamond shaped cherry exploding into a starburst in the upper and lower castings was visually attractive to the prospective gambler. Machine retains its original reel strips and has been restored in a light blue with yellow sunburst. Accompanied by a natural wood cabinet. SIZE: 16″ x 16″ x 23″. CONDITION: Machine overall is good to very good. Mechanism is in fine working order. Replacement wood cabinet and aluminum rear bonnet of newer vintage. 1-9559 (800-1,200)
