DOOLING ARROW TETHER RACER. This 1957 Arrow design moved engine back for better traction (rear drive). Post-war examples sold new for $45. Underside is cast aluminum, upper body is plastic/fiberglass. Power is via the legendary yellow jacket .60 gas engine. These were one of the most powerful engines ever installed in a miniature race car. SIZE: 17″ l. CONDITION: Restored beautifully including very fine hand lettering to cowl area. 1-12997 (2,000-3,000)
