CUSTOM BUILT A. SILVA TETHER RACER #2. Circa 1957-58. Left side apparatus appears to be set up for rail car racing. Green painted wooden or composition body with #2 decals and original “Dooling powered” decals. Hand-painted lettering reads “Silva Special Custom Photo”. Rear tires are marked “C-R Hayward California”. Wheels are two-piece cast aluminum. Dooling .61 gasoline engine appears to be one of the larger offered (untested). Entire underside of car is one piece cast aluminum. SIZE: 17-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Appears to be all original and unrestored. Right front tire is loose. Some crazing and cracking to body.
