STEIFF CLOWN TEDDY BEAR. Circa 1920s-30s. Well preserved brown tipped mohair Steiff clown teddy bear with good mohair coverage retaining its original felt hat. Details include two silk pompoms and neck ruff. Black facial and paw stitching are original and in excellent condition. Felt paw pads are in near excellent, clean condition with one tiny divot on each foot. Though lacking button, this is most certainly Steiff being identical to all other Steiff clown teddy bears.
