FINE REGINA TABLE TOP OAK MUSIC BOX WITH CABINET. Circa 1900. The disc music box with serial #52054 accompanied by more than fifty 5-1/2″ discs. The music box with hinged molded lid centering a domed panel each side with molded panels, the plinth with pressed guilloche borders. Accompanied by a cabinet with raised panel door opening to an interior fitted with compartments for disc storage. The whole raised on cabriole legs. SIZE: Regina music box: 13″ h x 22-1/2″ w x 20-1/2″ d. Storage cabinet: 33-1/2″ h x 22-3/4″ w x 21″ d. CONDITION: The music box operational when inspected during cataloging and retains very good tone. Both cabinets of quartersawn oak retaining original finish. The storage cabinet with vertical shrinkage cracks on back and one side. Otherwise good. 9-90075 (1,500-3,000)
