1930S MILLS 5 CENT LION FRONT/WOLF’S HEAD SLOT MACHINE. Often times a collector might call this a lion front, while his friend refers to this as a wolf’s head, this is the earlier rarer version with a large single jackpot. During this time period, it was critical for the operator to attract a player’s attention thus the plethora of visually impressive as well as attractive front facades on gambling machines. Professionally restored, this machine retains its original tin reel strips. This machine comes with a modern oak cabinet (17” x 17” x 34”) with a front opening door, with a polished cast aluminum owl plaque and polished aluminum claw feet. SIZE: Machine is 16″ x 16″ x 24.
