THOMAS M. NICHOLAS (American, 1963-) “GLOUCESTER WHARVES”. Outstanding large oil on canvas Gloucester Harbor scene shows a busy dock scene with several figures on a tiered dock. A large green hulled trawler is moored in front of a similar vessel with blue hull and a smaller boat is in a slip. Background having connected harbor buildings which there is homes along the above street. Water can be seen beyond, all under a light blue sky. Signed lower right “T M Nicholas”. Titled and signed on reverse. Housed in a fine gilt molded wood frame with Guido Art Studio stamp. SIZE: 30″ x 40″. CONDITION: Very good. 9-92893 (20,000-30,000)
