LOT OF SIX GAMES AND PUZZLES. 1) “Game of Costumes and Fashions” by Milton Bradley, 1881. Colorful chromolithographed card game shows dozens of different Victorian costumes. 2) Crandall’s “Masquerade Blocks”. Six-sided paper on wood blocks show hand painted caricatures in masquerade costumes. Circa 1860s. 3) “World Dissected Maps” by Peacock, London. Paper on wood jigsaw puzzle with hand painted features on game cover and puzzle pieces. 4) “Centennial Presidential Game” by McLoughlin Bros., 1876. Game pieces include instruction booklet, printed cards, double arrow spinner, and tally cards. Box cover has really great Americana graphics with early eagle and George Washington depictions. 5) Early Clark’s Mile End Spool Game also known as “Game of Forfeits”. Unusual canister-like toy spins to reveal your task. 6) Wooden barrel with crank was apparently a noise maker (no longer doing so). SIZE: Largest 11″ l.
