HANDEL SCENIC TABLE LAMP. Beautiful Handel table lamp has reverse painted shade featuring fall colored trees with orange and yellow leaves alongside tall evergreens with rolling hills in the background and stormy sky. Shade rests on a vertically ribbed Handel base with dark brown patina and three light cluster. Shade is signed “Handel 7111” and artist initial “M”. Base is unsigned. SIZE: Shade is 17-7/8″ dia. Lamp is 23″ t. PROVENANCE: From a private Long Island Collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor pitting on base. Socket guts have been replaced as have pull chains. 5-63028 (4,000-6,000)
