CITROEN FLAT BED TRUCK. Truck painted dark brown with red splatter and black roof and fenders. Features opening driver’s door to reveal the interior with pleated seat and working steering wheel and steering mechanism. Wooden flat bed body. Nickel plated radiator and headlight rims. Clockwork mechanism with emergency brake (working). Truck also features tin painted wheels and tires, which are removable for added play value. Bottom stamped “AUTOMOBILE/MECANIQUE/ANDRE CITROEN/MADE IN FRANCE”. SIZE: 16-3/4″. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Malcolm Deisenroth, Jr. CONDITION: Very good, some wear to paint on tires. Needs to be cleaned. Nickel radiator and headlight rims are dull. 1-10216 (750-1,000)
