RARE HUBLEY CHARLESTON DANCERS DOORSTOP. Circa 1920, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This rare example designed by Anne Fish and so marked with impressed copyright sign, “Fish” on the base. Additionally impressed with model number “270” on the back. This example is one in a series of seven doorstops Anne Fish was commissioned to design. SIZE: 8-3/4″ h. CONDITION: With original painted surfaces, fine patina. Rare pink toned bodies retain color and tone. Very good overall with age appropriate wear to painted surfaces. 9-28530 (2,000-3,000)
