JEP RENAULT OPEN TOURING CAR. Four door open touring car, shows lithographed brown body with fine red pin striping and light brown interior with working steering and working gear selector. Also has original windshield and simulated folded top. Car also shows ribbed running boards with black painted fenders. There also is a cast Klaxon on the driver’s side. Marked on the bottom “AUTOMOBILES/JdeP/Brevete SGDG/Paris/Made in France”. Car winds up from front to strong spring mechanism. Drive shaft goes back to differential and working reverse and forward gears with working independent suspension. SIZE: 13-1/4″. PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Malcolm Deisenroth, Jr. CONDITION: Good, some corrosion on running boards. Two wheels are restored. Clear coating to body appears thin. 1-10064 (1,250-2,250)
