EXCAVATED LA BELT BUCKLE. Fine excavated LA state seal stamped brass belt plate. Mullinax figure 264. Buckle has letter of authenticity signed by Steve Mullinax, author of Confederate Belt Buckles and Plates. CONDITION: Very good as excavated. Detail good of Pelican feeding young. N.O. is clear. This buckle has not been heavily cleaned and still contains orig dirt and corrosion. For an excavated plate this buckle is nice.
