FINE EARLY BING CLOCKWORK RUNABOUT. Manufactured by Bing, this hand painted vehicle according to catalog cuts is known as the De Dion Bouton roadster. Attractively painted in yellow with red highlighting and a large set of tufted metal seating for the driver and passenger. Along with the clockwork mechanism, the car features spoked metal rims with white rubber tires, adjustable steering and a large center position headlamp. Original Bing decal present on foot board below driver. SIZE: 9″ l. CONDITION: Overall paint on vehicle appears to be original. However, rubber tires and spoked rims appear to have had restoration work. Front headlamp is a replacement. 1-12498 (800-1,200)
