PIERRE JUSTIN OUVRIE (French, 1806-1879) ROTTERDAM HARBOR. Fine watercolor harbor scene shows the Rotterdam city buildings at the edge of water with a four arch bridge with figures atop. A number of fishing boats are seen docked along the buildings and a man in a rowboat is seen in the foreground. Signed lower right “Justin Ouvrie – Rotterdam”.
