YELLOW KID CIGAR TIN SIGN. Embossed tin “tacker” sign featuring artist R.F. Outcault’s Yellow Kid character whose endorsement for this maker’s cigar reads “SAY! GET THE HIGH TONED 3¢ CIGAR INSIDE Brucker & Boghien PHILA.” SIZE: 9″ w. x 20″ l. CONDITION: Fair to good, but a rare sign to find in any condition. Nail holes and some corrosion around edges; shows some strong creasing and surface pitting; some color touch-up. Sign currently attached to a thin wood board via a nail in the middle. 1-9484 (500-700)
