IVES 3288 LOCOMOTIVE WITH 3 LIMITED VESTIBULE EXPRESS CARS & 3 FREIGHT CARS. Ives set from the early 20th century with a 2-4-2 cast iron locomotive numbered 3288 and lithographed dark green Limited Vestibule baggage, buffet, and Saratoga passenger cars. Cars themselves have gray roofs with cream clerestories with flaking paint, most noticeable to edges of gray roofs. Locomotive is enameled in black with red trims and white rubber stamped lettering. Also includes a #124 Merchant’s Dispatch boxcar, #127 livestock car, and a #128 gondola. SIZE: Each piece approx. 9″ l. CONDITION: Overall good to very good. 1-12495, 1-12501-1 (600-900)
