TWO PART QUEEN ANNE HIGHBOY. Top section having a cornice molding over two side by side drawers over three graduated drawers with attached molded base. Bottom section having a top attached molding over one long drawer over small central drawer flanked by deep drawers. Double lobed cutout skirt supported by four tall cabriole legs with a stylized Dutch foot. Possibly an Oyster Bay style Long Island highboy. SIZE: 71-1/2″ h; Bottom case 42″ w x 20-1/2″ d. Top case 40″ w x 19″ d. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Joan B. Hanson, Fair Haven, N.J. CONDITION: Mis-matched brasses, refinished. Some minor restoration. Overall very good. 9-95822 (8,000-12,000)
