SCHOENHUT DOLL HOUSE. Circa 1931. Marvelous house on gray base with tan exterior with two upper dormers, three upper windows with window boxes, cardboard shutters, half roof above first floor, center wooden door. Lower level has two window with window boxes. Front opens to reveal four rooms with staircase. Also has doors between rooms. Interior rooms all have original wall papers. Roof flips up to reveal attic. SIZE: 20″ h x 18-1/2″ w 9-3/4″ d. CONDITION: Overall very good. Cardboard shutters show some distress. Typical wear, scratches, and rub marks. 1-12027 (500-750)
