REVERSE PAINTED SCENIC TABLE LAMP. First quarter 20th century. Attributed to the Pittsburgh brass and glass company. The square shade with rounded sides and “ice chipped” corners painted with lake scenes and swimming geese. Mounted on a cast bronze base with square standard and with corners conforming to shade. SIZE: h. of shade 5-1/4″ x w. 11-1/2″ Overall h. 19-1/2″ CONDITION: The upper rim of shade with tiny flea bites. Overall very good base retains original surfaces now with dark patina. 9-20313 (900-1,200)
