RARE CONNECTICUT QUEEN ANNE CANDLESTAND IN OLD PAINT. Mid 18th century. Nice example in maple, and with early bittersweet orange surfaces. The square top joined to the flaring cylindrical turned standard of telescope form, raised on a tripod arched cabriole leg base. SIZE: 26″ h, top: 13-1/2″ x 13-5/8″. CONDITION: Structurally very good with small old repair at top of one leg and at juncture to standard. Table retains all original elements. 9-22082 (3,000-3,500)
