FINE LOUIS XV STYLE BOULLE LADY’S SECRETARY. In two parts, the rectangular cabinet with gilt metal three-quarter gallery above the cove-molded frieze over a pair of doors above a pair of aligned drawers fitted to the writing table with pull-out baise-lined surface concealed beneath the sliding table top all above a single drawer raised on angular cabriole legs. The whole with boulle surfaces, gilt cast bronze mounts and foliate trim, and with brass sabots. SIZE: 50″ h x 30″ w x 19″ d. CONDITION: Very good overall. Boulle and ebonized surfaces intact with professional restoration. Baise surface absent. 9-90032 (2,000-4,000)
