E. FLAMAND (French, 19th/20th Century) OUTSTANDING PAIR OF BRONZE ART NOUVEAU DOUBLE SCONCES. The U-shaped bronze sconce having two lighting fixtures with leaf surrounded sockets. The base of the U with a woman’s head with flowing hair. The U sconce has two supports going into a back plate with Art Nouveau swirling vines and center cabuchon medallion which is signed “E. Flamand”. Presently fitted for electrical use. SIZE: 27″ h x 17-1/2″ at widest x 12-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Very good. Shades not included. 9-90071 (5,000-10,000)
