Napoleon III, white variegated marble with verde and brown patinated bronze mountings, the clock having a seated child figure reading an atlas aside a celestial globe and drafting instruments, as well as laurel and acanthus mounts, spring driven time and strike movement with enamel decorated Arabic numeral dial together with a matching pair of covered urns in neoclassical motifs. SIZE: Clock: 19-1/2″h x 13-1/2″w x 8″d. Urns: 18-1/2″h x 8″w x 6″d. CONDITION: Foot on clock detached, pendulum lacking, some of the mounts loose. 9-90050 (1,000-2,000)
