ISSAYMAYER WALTZING COUPLE. This toy was produced not only by Issamayer, but by Gunthermann as well with only slight differences. This attractive couple when wound would dance about the floor, reminiscent of a society function of the time. Fresh to the market from a Delaware attic, this couple is in all-original untouched condition. The paint is somewhat muted, and not as vibrant as bright as the Gunthermann version. However, this one is slightly rarer and seldom found. SIZE: 8″ h. CONDITION: Some overall paint loss, especially noticeable to woman’s right arm, but otherwise very good plus. 1-9794 (1,000-1,500)
