ANGLO-INDIAN INLAID TABOURET. Early 20th century, India. The octagonal top profusely inlaid with abalone, bone, and mahogany forming a design of ellipses, triangles and centering an ivory rondel. The faceted base conforming with the top, the conforming inlaid panels above pierced openings simulating arches. SIZE: 18-3/4″ h x 14″ dia. CONDITION: Surfaces remain original, central rondel in top surface in need of restorative remounting. Otherwise good. 9-29739 (200-400)
