The leather cover spine having a Boston Medical Library sticker. The interior cover having a label from the Boston Medical Library Association indicating it was received on July 1, 1891 by gift of G.F. Adams. Also pencil inscription “De-accessioned 7/23/19”. The third page is signed at top right “John Adams”. The book appears to have all pages but not collated. Includes one fold-out. SIZE: 6-1/2″ x 4″. CONDITION: Autograph is clean, book shows much use to cover, interior pages are very good. 9-22692 (3,000-5,000)
