FINE & RARE SOUTHERN PLAINS BEADED HIDE BOW CASE AND QUIVER. Second half 19th century. Possibly Kiowa. Yellow died hide case, quiver and shoulder strap with geometric morning star designs on both ends in blue, white-heart red and ochre beads. Fringed at the strap ends and at the ends of both cases. SIZE: Bow case 40″ l. Quiver 24″ l. CONDITION: Structurally very good. The skin somewhat dried with areas of discoloration stitching sound and intact. 9-99617 (4,500-5,500)
