EARLY SILBER & FLEMING DOLL HOUSE WITH CONTENTS. Charming smaller size doll house with faux stone block first story and simulated brick second story with yellow coining. House opens to reveal two rooms with original wall papers, both rooms with center fireplaces, which are made by Evans & Cartwright. House has been electrified. Accompanied by an assortment of Biedermeier furniture including sideboard, stepback hutch, chest of drawers, marble top sideboard, as well as soft metal pieces, two small early dolls, a birdcage, and other miscellaneous items. SIZE: First floor room measures 8″ h x 13″ w x 7-3/4″ d. Upper floor room measures 8-1/4″ h x 13″ w x 7-3/4″ d. CONDITION: House is overall good with usual wear to high points and edges, paint chipping most notable to front stoop. Split to wood on first floor. Interior papers have some staining and discoloration. Small sliver of wood missing off back side of house.
