NICE LOUIS VUITTON TRUNK. This example of a medium size steamer trunk opening to a fabric lined interior fitted with an original lattice work deep tray and a shallow tray with dividers. Each fitted with original fabric tie-downs. A large paper label with the Champs-Elyesees address, serial number 773913. The brass lockplate with serial #060696 (no key available). Each end fitted with an original leather carrying handle. Both ends with a yellow painted panel; one marked with the initials of the owner “R.H.J.”. SIZE: 13-1/2″ h x 36″ l x 20-1/2″ d. CONDITION: The corners with abrasion, surface scratches and abrasions overall from normal expected wear. Leather handles and brass fittings are intact and functional. Interior fabric intact, but in need of reattaching in some areas. Fabric tie-down in shallow tray needs reattaching. Two divider panels are absent. Otherwise, good. 9-20447 (2,000-3,000)
