TWO CARVED IVORY SNUFF BOTTLES. China, 19th century. One carved with Tao Tieh masks inlaid with tiger eye cabochons, joined to hardwood stand. The other with figures of mother and child carved in relief, the opposing side etched and stained with a sea serpent. Signed. SIZE: 1) 3-1/2″ h overall. 2) 2-3/4″ h. Respectively.
